The result is a dram with notes of sweet wine tucked in there. The nose is strong with opening notes of rich red berries and grape, vanilla, oak and a tickle of white pepper. The palate is rich and bold with notes of strawberries smothered in melted dark chocolate, crushed walnuts and almonds, sponge cake and some oak. The finish is fruity
