Zilveren koektrommel, E. Adelaar, Amsterdam, 1822 Titel:Default Title Afmetingen: 2 x 3Round silver cookie tin made by the Amsterdam silversmith Egidius Adelaar. He worked from 1795 to 1838. This silversmith specialized primarily in large silverware, particularly bread baskets, cookie tins, and tableware. He also worked for the retailers Beer and Diemont. The round Empire style biscuit tin is finished with cable and fillet edges. The drum is hallmarked with master's mark EA, date letter N for 1822, Minerva head and 1st grade hallmark.
