Sophenia Synthesis Sauvignon Blanc 2020 Gamay Fermentation takes place at lowSynthesis Sauvignon Blanc has vibrant citrus aromas such as pink grapefruit and lime that go along with notes of passion fruit, asparagus and rue (flower). It has a nice balance between its floral and citrus notes. The wine starts off mostly fresh with spicy notes, in the middle it has citrus and mineral notes that are followed by tropical fruit and more volume on the palate. The wine is intense, voluminous and fresh, packed with flavor and has a
