With its Valpolicella Superiore, Quintarelli has created a quality that is rarely achieved. Thanks to up to six years of maturation in large wooden barrels, the concentrated fruit always appears ripe. You won't find a normal Valpolicella Superiore in the bottle here. For this wine, too, the grapes are partially dried at Quintarelli before processing. The result is a wine with finesse and character. Bouquet
