Pants are high waisted with inner and outer button closures and zipper in the front. Pattern is beige with thin brown lines making a windowpane pattern. One pleat on either side of pant; front and back. Functional pocket on either side of pant; no back pockets. Slight scallop at the mid back of waistband. Belt loops around waistband of piece. Little to no stretch.
