Strand of Moroccan Zebra Shells Harrar tribe four glass "jewels"21" strand of vintage black and white zebra shells from Morocco. These cute little shells are traditionally strung with coral and amazonite and are unique to Berber jewelry. The shells are vintage and there is some wear to some of the beads. They are used by the Berber people in Morocco in traditional tribal jewelry and hair ornaments. These shell beads are about 30 40 years old, and not common, 10 16mm long, 8 10mm wide.
