Sourced from 50 year old vines, this skin contact white spends 20 days macerating in conical oak vats with daily manual punch downs. It is aged for eight months in large neutral barrels to develop a complex, aromatic profile that balances savoury herbs with ripe fruit. Francesco Pozzobon moved from Veneto to the hills of Asti to start Tenuta Foresto, where he
