the wine is tempting to drink now for its undeniable richness
with a particular success in the good restoration when served at environment temperature or as elegant end of the meal or even steam heated with orange zest

Highland Park 17 Year - The Light (750ml) Godello or Gouveio The palate lands with boldOnly one of the critics that we track has sampled this whisky from Orkney. Critic tasting note: "Following last years release of The Dark, this parallel 17 year old cask strength expression was matured in refill American oak. The nose yields vanilla, oats, ripe pears, and mild wood fire embers. Supple and initially sweet on the palate, with icing sugar, tangerines, and developing darker, spicier notes. Lengthy in the finish, with spicy cedar oil.
